Home Harmony was founded on a simple belief: how a home feels shapes how it sells.

As Founder and Lead Stylist, Laura blends design intelligence, buyer psychology, and market awareness to help agents present their listings with clarity and confidence. Her approach goes far beyond furniture placement — every staging decision is intentional, informed by how buyers move through a space, what they notice first, and what makes them emotionally connect.

With deep familiarity across Denver’s neighborhoods and a specialty in architecture-led and mountain modern homes, Laura is known for creating spaces that feel refined, warm, and unmistakably meant for their future buyer. She brings a careful eye to scale, flow, texture, and story, ensuring homes photograph beautifully while still feeling livable and authentic.

Equally central to her work is partnership. From pre-listing consultations to final styling, Laura helps guide sellers with empathy and clarity, often handling the harder conversations so agents don’t have to. The result is a smoother process, stronger presentation, and listings that launch with confidence.

Outside of staging, Laura is a special needs mom — a role that deeply shapes how she leads, communicates, and supports others. She serves as a committee member with Colorado Mama Tribe, advocating for families and community connection. In honor of her mother’s continued battle with blood cancer, Laura has joined 2026 Blood Cancer United Visionaries of the Year, supporting awareness, research, and hope.

Cori brings an intuitive, buyer-focused approach to every home she styles. From the moment she steps into a listing, she evaluates flow, light, scale, and first impressions — tuning into how the space feels and how buyers will experience it. Her work blends creativity with intention, revealing each home’s potential in a way that feels aspirational, livable, and emotionally resonant.

Guided by the home’s architecture and surrounding market, Cori allows the bones of the space to set the tone for her design decisions. Whether highlighting clean lines in a modern home or adding warmth and softness to a more traditional one, her styling enhances what’s already there — never competing with it. She pays close attention to scale and balance, knowing that when proportions feel right, a home feels comfortable, functional, and inviting.

For Cori, staging is about more than presentation. It’s about shaping spaces that tell a story and help buyers imagine life unfolding naturally inside the home — supporting a smooth, confident listing experience through thoughtful, intentional design.

Outside of her work, Cori is a proud mother of two and an active presence in her community. As a mother of a 24-week micro-preemie, her early experience in the NICU deeply shaped her perspective, resilience, and sense of steadiness. She remains closely connected to that community, mentoring other mothers through some of the most vulnerable moments of early parenthood. Motherhood has profoundly influenced how Cori approaches both life and work — with empathy, patience, and intention — qualities she brings into every space she supports, both personally and professionally.
